Dr. DeSplinter received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Lubbock, TX. He completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Wichita, Kansas and a Plastic Surgery residency at Christus St. Joseph Hospital, Houston, Texas.  Dr. DeSplinter is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has practiced at Wichita Clinic since 2004.
