The beginning of a new year is a great time to focus on what you want and need. Do you want to make 2010 an unforgettable year? Nurturing yourself will make you a healthier, happier person and make it easier for you to provide attention and care to others when they need it.

Map out your personal transformation. Create a list of ways to take care of yourself. This list may include items like exercise, spiritual renewal and mental development. It is also important to select and join a medi-spa (such as Advanced Aesthetics) and focus on improving your skin and outward appearance.
