We will be sending 2009 birthday cards to clients via e-mail instead of through the mail.  Birthday e-cards will be sent at the beginning of each month.

Because the information about your birthday will be saved in a unique list (that won't be shared with others) we need your help in resubmitting your information.  

• Your name - so we can personalize your card
• Your e-mail address - so we know where to send your card
• The month of your birthday - so we know when to send your card to you!

Current newsletter subscribers will have the first opportunity to sign up for the birthday club.  The sign-up for the birthday card will be made accessible to the public on January 5th.  You can access the form from the link below:
