A “liquid lift”, a combination of injections suited to your individual needs, can provide natural and noticeable improvements to your facial appearance with minimal down time and discomfort, and at a lower cost than a surgical procedure.

Dysport has recently been FDA approved and is a product very similar to Botox. Both Dysport and Botox temporarily treat moderate to severe lines and provide a more relaxed and rested look. The overall experience of Dysport is very similar to Botox, however results may appear sooner and last longer. Results of a Botox injection typically appear within 5-7 days and last approximately 3 months. Results of Dysport injections usually appear in about 3 days and can last up to four months.

Dysport or Botox can be strategically injected to lift or elevate the eyebrows and provide a more alert appearance while decreasing the hooding appearance to the upper eyelid. This provides the illusion of a larger eye. In addition, crow’s feet can be eliminated or decreased with small injections of Dysport or Botox.

Dysport or Botox can also be injected to the lower facial areas to eliminate dimpling of the chin area, above the upper lip to soften or minimize the appearance of “smoker’s lines”, and to the neck to minimize the smile bands that form for some individuals.

Restylane and Perlane injections are products that can immediately add volume to the face. Restylane helps soften lines while Perlane adds volume. Loss of volume or fullness to the face can be due to aging or weight loss, and can cause flat and droopy cheeks and deep lines around the mouth. Plumper cheeks can elevate the face to soften the smile lines and parenthesis around the mouth. It is not unusual to experience 1-2 days of swelling following Restylane and Perlane injections. Other fillers such as Radiesse and Sculptra can be utilized depending on your individual needs.

Injections provide the temporary changes many individuals seek for lines, wrinkles and volume loss with minimal discomfort and downtime and with immediate results.
